2. Data we collect

• Account and identity data, including name, email, phone number, authentication provider identifiers, account roles, and login history.
• Billing and transaction data, including plan, token, invoice, tax, VAT, and payment status details. Payment card details are handled by payment processors.
• Platform data, including prompts, instructions, chats, uploaded files, generated code, generated app content, project settings, deployments, logs, and support messages.
• Technical and usage data, including IP address, browser, device, pages visited, features used, errors, security events, and cookie identifiers.
• Marketing preference data, including email preferences, attribution data, and campaign interactions where applicable.

3. How we use data

We use personal data to provide the platform, authenticate users, generate and host software, process payments, manage tokens and subscriptions, provide support, monitor reliability, prevent abuse, improve product quality, meet legal obligations, and send service or marketing communications where permitted.

5. Controller and processor roles

For account, billing, security, analytics, and product operation data, Seus.ai generally acts as controller. For prompts, customer-provided content, uploaded files, and generated project data processed on behalf of a customer, Seus.ai may act as processor and the customer may be the controller.

6. AI data

AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsafe without review. We may process prompts, generated output, logs, and feedback to operate, secure, debug, and improve the platform, unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.

7. Sharing

We share data with hosting, infrastructure, authentication, analytics, communication, payment, fraud prevention, logging, and support providers. We may also share data with professional advisers, regulators, law enforcement, or courts where required.

8. International transfers

Data may be processed outside your country. Where required, we use safeguards such as adequacy decisions, standard contractual clauses, contractual protections, and vendor due diligence.

9. Retention

We keep account, billing, tax, legal, and security records as long as needed for service, compliance, disputes, and legitimate business purposes. Project content is generally kept while your account or project remains active unless deletion, backup, legal hold, or operational limits apply.

11. Security

The platform is not intended for children under 16. Do not use Seus.ai if you are under 16.

We may publish new versions of this policy. Logged-in users may be asked to accept a new active version before continuing to use the app.
