Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions form a binding agreement between you and QUIX GROUP LTD, trading as Seus.ai. By accessing or using Seus.ai, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

1. The service

Seus.ai is an AI software generation platform. It can help create apps, websites, code, automations, databases, deployments, and related digital assets from user prompts and configuration.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information, keep credentials secure, and remain responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, non-payment, security risk, legal risk, or breach of these Terms.

3. Age

You must be at least 16 years old to use Seus.ai.

4. Tokens, subscriptions, and payments

Paid features may require tokens, subscriptions, usage credits, hosting fees, deployment fees, or third-party infrastructure costs. Unless required by law or stated in a signed agreement, payments are final, non-refundable, and not redeemable for cash.

5. AI output

AI output is generated automatically and may contain errors, vulnerabilities, omissions, infringing material, or unsuitable recommendations. You are responsible for reviewing, testing, validating, securing, and lawfully using any output before relying on it.

6. Ownership and license

Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, you retain responsibility for your inputs and receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use output made available to you through the platform. Seus.ai and its licensors retain ownership of the platform, systems, templates, models, tooling, and underlying technology.

7. Acceptable use

You must not use Seus.ai to create or distribute malware, phishing, credential theft, spam, illegal content, privacy-invasive tools, systems for unauthorized access, harmful automated activity, or content that infringes rights or violates law.

8. Hosting and third-party services

Deployments, domains, databases, authentication, payment, analytics, and hosting may depend on third-party providers. Their outages, limits, policies, and pricing may affect your projects.

9. Availability

We aim to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or permanent availability. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features.

10. Confidentiality and security

Do not submit secrets, regulated data, or confidential information unless you have authority and suitable safeguards. You are responsible for project configuration, access controls, backups, and compliance.

11. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Seus.ai is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, lost profit, lost data, business interruption, AI output, security, deployment, or third-party service losses.

12. Changes

We may publish new versions of these Terms. Logged-in users may be asked to accept a new active version before continuing to use the app.
